We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our Culinary Arts Team in Restaurant 301's 'from-scratch' kitchen! In this role, you will be able to take ownership of preparing and / or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

- Wednesday - Sunday available shifts from 2PM - 10PM
- Monday - Sunday available shifts from 5AM - 1PM
Pay : $18 - $20 / hour. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the leadership structure and driving the development of people, culture, and overall environment of the hotel. With proven history of hotel success, the GM ensures the effective and efficient operation of the building and is ultimately responsible for achieving guest satisfaction targets, brand standard execution and positive financial performance. In addition to hiring, training and directing new staff, the GM works closely with the local community to establish close relationships and build support for the hotel. Pay

Reviews menus prior to preparation of foodPrepares all menu and special items according to the specifications set forth by the Executive or Sous ChefsEnsures that all food procedures are followedLearns and executes all new menu items and regularly changing featuresEffectively communicates with Front of the House staff to ensure an uncompromised guest experienceUses proper sanitation and FIFO methodsMaintains quality and timeliness of food preparation throughout the shiftPortions all food items according to the menu and prescribed diet using scoops, ladles, and / or scalesInventories food, supplies and equipment weekly; orders as neededEnsures all temp logs and waste logs are maintained dailyStocks kitchen at the end of each shiftChecks and maintains coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity and quality of food productsTakes proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils, and other equipmentReceives, dates, and examines food and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specificationsFollows all safety and sanitation guidelinesMaintains, organizes and keeps work station cleanCleans and maintains all kitchen equipment and report any faulty or broken equipmentLearns and consistently reviews the Food Allergens Log and Food Handlers Illness GuideCompletes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needsRequirements

The work environment can be loud and busy. There are many kitchen hazards such as hot surfaces and liquids, sharp knives, and slippery floors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
