About the Role As the Front Desk / AA, you’ll be the heart of our patient experience.
From the first smile to the final goodbye, you’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their journey. What You’ll Do
Greet patients with genuine warmth and friendliness
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling
Check patients in and out efficiently and with care
Support new patient consultations and follow-up coordination
Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and guest-ready
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Create a positive and polished experience—every single time What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or admin roles
Strong communication skills and a love for connecting with people
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Warm, professional, and excited to be part of a team that values kindness
Interest in healthcare or orthodontics is a plus—but no prior dental experience required
