Summary
RNDC is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Accounting Manager directs and coordinates financial activities of workers at a corporate level. Responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, the management of business and system controls, accounting for mergers and acquisitions and new contracts, technical accounting, and process automation.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage month-end close activities. Performs account analysis and sets up new accounts. Oversees year-end audit.
- Prepares financial and statistical reports as required. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as directed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or aid with problems these customers may encounter.
- Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
- Recruit staff members and oversee training programs.
- Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
- Establish procedures to manage system and business controls. Prepare technical accounting memos.
- Automate business processes. Implement new system technologies.
What You Bring To RNDC
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent; eight to ten years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three to four years' management experience.CPA required.What's In It For You
