Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality protocols. REQUIRED State or National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Previous experience in a correctional facility or similar setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
