About the Role
The ideal candidate will be supervising day-to-day claims operations and effectively managing specialized claims ranging from routine to complex to ensure timely and efficient claims processing and resolution. Position includes oversight, evaluation and staff development of personnel within the unit. Responsible for file auditing to evaluate and ensure quality control of all aspects of claims management. Ensure compliance with established standards of performance, policies and procedures to achieve assigned goals. Review and assign PIP arbitration demands. Engage defense counsel and review / approve their arbitration submissions. Draft Applications for Dismissal and On The Papers submissions. Be familiar with Forthright Rules.
