A company is looking for a Director of Medical Affairs Operations-Medical Staff Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain consistency in medical staff operations across all sites
Provide education and leadership on medical staff governance, credentialing, and performance management
Oversee the execution of key Medical Affairs initiatives and manage provider data systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field required
Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of medical affairs operational leadership experience in a multi-hospital system required
10+ years of progressive experience in an academic medical center required
NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) required
