Information Technology Operations Engineer
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management : Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
- Network Administration : Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.
- System Administration : Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
- Asset Management : Record and manage hardware such as computers, networks, and handheld devices.
