The Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join Midi Health as a Senior People Partner! Reporting into the Senior Director, People Partners & Talent Development, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Midi. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of your assigned client groups—which include Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and more—while also collaborating on company-wide People initiatives.

As a Senior People Partner, you will :
Lead HR strategy and execution with leadership teams to deliver a meaningful employee experienceDevelop a deep understanding of client groups’ strategies, talent needs, and organizational designAnticipate challenges and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes and employee engagementPartner on People programs like performance management, salary review, and career developmentCoach people managers on leadership best practices, team development, and employee engagementAnalyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementAdvise on workforce planning, change management, compliance, and organizational designCollaborate across People, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to scale People programsLead and / or contribute to company-wide initiatives such as employee engagement, performance, and compensationWhat You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including 3+ years supporting technical or corporate functions (Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.)Experience with matrixed organizations and client groups of 200+ employeesPrevious leadership experience managing HRBPs or people professionalsStrong communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the orgSolid understanding of HR compliance and labor lawsA user-led, design-thinking, or agile mindset for building scalable, employee-first solutionsInterview Process
