Job Description

Apidel Technologies is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Rochester, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Shift Hours : 3pm - 11pm, every other weekend rotation OR 11pm-7am; every other weekend

  • weekend is part-time

    • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • Must maintain the required hours of continued education.

    • CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURES REQUIRED :

  • Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible. If registry eligible, registry must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire.
  • Healthcare Provider certification required (BCLS).

    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Work in the hospital with a fixed unit and / or in the IPD / OR / ER, etc. with a mobile unit.
  • May be potentially exposed to radiation if proper precautions are not utilized.
  • May be exposed to high-voltage equipment.
  • May be exposed to potentially contagious patients.
  • Occasionally may lift and / or move equipment and / or patients that would be in excess of 10 lbs.
