    • About the Area :

  • Sylacauga is a small city with a rich history, particularly in the marble industry and space exploration, and it has a strong sense of local community. With 14,000 current residents, this town is located 45 minutes from Birmingham, AL which boasts a population of 200,000 residents. Sylacauga hosts various community events throughout the year, including arts and culture festivals, music concerts, and local celebrations. The city also has a number of parks, recreational areas, and cultural institutions, like the Sylacauga Arts Council, which supports the local arts scene.
