A day in the life as a Distribution Office Associate Track and check in drivers and trailers from receiving office or guard shack Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying Gather information from accounts, applications, or spreadsheets and transfers into a standard format or database Prepare data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information Perform other related clerical duties as assigned What youll bring to the table Proficient at typing and basic computer operation Intermediate English Language proficiency Clerical, word processing, and office skills High attention to detail Wed love to hear from you if you have Experience in a clerical position and / or Administrative Support preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training Minimum Starting Rate : $16.50 Hourly Up to : $19.75 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
