Are you a confident communicator who thrives on the phone and enjoys helping people? We're looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Representative to join our high-energy Loan Servicing Call Center in Charlottesville.

In this phone-based role, you'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls - including collection calls - while assisting owners with loan questions, payment arrangements, and account maintenance. What You'll Do : - Assist owners by phone with account questions and payment support - Make outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts - Maintain accurate account documentation and records - Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For : - Strong phone and communication skills - Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging conversations - Dependability and attention to detail - Previous call center, collections, or customer service experience a plus
