Contract Analyst

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Drafts, reviews, and edits contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies

Provides guidance on contract management processes and best practices

Collaborates with attorneys to review and respond to contract requests

Required Qualifications :

0-2 years of experience in creating, drafting, and editing contracts

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience managing a contract workflow system preferred

Post-graduate legal education or paralegal certification preferred

Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) preferred
