Title : Advanced Application Engineer

Location : Minneapolis, MN Onsite (60%)

Responsibilities :

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Skill requirements include Java / React native, Stratus, AWS, modern architecture skills, and good technical skills in general. React skills are good to have, but client expects the person to be willing to learn it. Master proficiency in Java Development is required. Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is recommended.

Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Responsive and Adaptive Design, and AWS DevOps & Development is suggested, along with intermediate proficiency in React Native.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.

Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Lead project meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.

Lead a team of developers with a different vendor and collaborate with the client, vendor teams.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive best practices in application development.
