Project Manager - Federal Projects
One of the country's top general contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive federal project experience to lead large-scale, high-profile construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Manage all phases of assigned federal construction projects, overseeing schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
Direct project teams, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient and compliant project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and compliance reports.
Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and expectations.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Travel to job sites as required or relocate for specific project assignments.
Qualifications :
Proven experience leading large-scale federal construction projects .
Strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Willingness to travel or relocate as project
