We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong finish and trim carpentry experience, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves managing job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and installation of doors / windows.
• Supervise and mentor carpentry crew and laborers on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, homeowners, and subcontractors.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00 / yr.
