Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs in research, quality, and patient safety
Perform analysis and advise on long-range planning strategies, financial forecasting, and personnel management
Manage the annual budget and ensure proper staffing and training of support personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, including two years managing large projects, or a Master's degree in a related discipline
Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and operational analysis
Experience in organizational, personnel, and financial management
