Sr Revenue Accountant - Hybrid | Bellevue, WA

Salary Range : $85,000 - $110,000

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sr Revenue Accountant to contribute to a fast-growing tech company operating at the intersection of media, advertising, and analytics. This role offers the chance to work closely with executive leadership, gain broad business exposure, and influence process improvements that scale with the organization.

Overview of the Sr Revenue Accountant :

As a Sr Revenue Accountant , you will play a key role in managing global month-end and quarter-end close processes. Your core responsibilities will include :

Executing critical accounting entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses in compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX

Partnering with stakeholders across multiple revenue streams to validate proper accounting treatment

Preparing financial statements and supporting deliverables for CFO, investor, and external auditor review

Reviewing contracts and deals to ensure appropriate application of ASC 606 and internal policy

Conducting technical accounting research and preparing documentation as needed, including support for ASC 340 contract acquisition costs

Collaborating with billing, AR, tax, GL, and deal desk teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance

Providing tax support related to Sales & Use tax filings and state-level reporting requirements

Assisting with internal control assessments, implementing new controls for evolving business processes

Driving operational improvements and participating in systems integrations

Supporting ad hoc projects and billing / revenue analyses as requested

Preferred Qualifications for the Sr Revenue Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred

4+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience; Big 4 background highly valued

Proficiency with current U.S. GAAP standards and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

SaaS industry experience and familiarity with ASC 340

Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred

Knowledge of Tableau is a plus

Strong understanding of general ledger, accruals, and financial statement prep

Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Word

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to interact across departments
