Adults\n\nCases / procedure types : \nOpen and closed procedures\n\nTAMBE - thoracoabdominal branch endoprosthesis\n\nTCAR - transcarotid arterial revascularization\n\nTEVAR - thoracic endovascular aortic repair\n\nTAVR - transcatheter aortic valve repair\n\nTMVR - transcatheter mitral valve repair\n\nAIFF - aortoiliac femoral femoral angiogram\n\nFemoral bypass\n\nRequired Certifications\nNurse : BLS, ACLS\n\nTech : ARRT or equivalent OR RCIS is required, BLS, ACLS\n\nSkills required : \nNurse : \nICU background required\n\nCath lab experience required\n\nComfortable with monitoring sedation and gtt titration\n\nEndovascular approach experience\n\nIdeal candidate : experience in either Cath lab or IR and then specialized in endovascular cases\n\nWill not be recovering or prepping patients\n\nTech : \nExperience with endovascular procedures with cardiothoracic surgeons required\n\nExperience performing these cases in Hybrid OR setting\n\nIf they have no experience with the listed procedures, please decline.\n\nSupport within the Department : \nCharge nurse available in the Cath lab\n\nTechnology / Equipment : \nEMR : EPIC\n\nIV Pump : Alaris\n\nMed dispensing : Omnicell\n\nSiemens and Philips X-ray and hemodynamic systems\n\nFloating : If yes, where?\nFloat to assist within the Cath lab for peripheral and structural procedures\n\nOrientation (facility and unit) : \nNEO\n\n4 x 10hr shifts for the first week with a preceptor\n\nScheduling : \nWeekend rotation : Flexibility needed. Likely working every other or every third weekend.\n\nOn call? If so, what is that schedule?\nOn-call is 24-hour coverage\n\nLikely on-call every other to every third night (1-2 times per week)\n\nHoliday Expectations : Likely to work every other holiday\n\nRTO : Managers approval\n\nShift times : 0600-1630\n\nSchedule cycle : comes out every 4 weeks\n\nOther notes : \nScrub Color : scrubs provided\n\nParking : Free\n\nUnit Culture : Flexibility and willingness to learnAbout Malone Healthcare - Nursing
