Pasadena Villa Great Lakes is a residential psychiatric facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Located just north of Cereal City, Pasadena Villa Great Lakes provides a beautiful modern aesthetic in a therapeutic environment, ideal for healing and recovery. Our new location includes areas for reflection, outdoor walking trails, a pond water feature, and a state-of-the-art wellness and fitness center. Our 64-bed residential facility is for adults 18 and older with complex mental health and addiction disorders.

How You Will Contribute :

This role is critical to the Pasadena Villa, West Michigan, organization. This is a hybrid position with up to 50% travel.

The primary territory focus for this position is Ohio Region including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis.

Three main variables are the focus :

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization : Initiates and maintains frequent and close working relationships with the administrative team, admissions staff, and clinical staff.

Outside the organization

Maintains working relationships with community partners, referral sources and professional resources.
