A company is looking for an Analytical Support Specialist to provide analytical support to the Business Office-Account Management Section.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and management of FSC service level agreements (SLAs) and franchise agreements (FAs)
Design and evaluate agreements while managing procedures for data collection and analysis
Analyze invoicing against agreements and provide actionable intelligence to management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in managing relevant SLAs and FAs
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English / Journalism, or related field (or equivalent)
General proficiency with Momentum and Adobe
Experience in customer or account management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple business office functions efficiently
