- Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our Manufacturing and / or Distribution team. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials, ensuring an efficient flow of products through both production and warehouse environments.
- Requirements & Qualifications to Get Job
Minimum of 1-2 years of forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down)
- Prior use of warehouse management systems (WMS) (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) and RF scanners
- Proven experience with shipping / receiving paperwork (BOLs, packing lists) and dock operations
- Experience performing cycle counts, basic inventory control, and lot / batch & FIFO compliance.
- Experience working in narrow-aisle racking and at elevated heights (order picker with harness).
- Knowledge of OSHA fundamentals and pit pre-shift inspection requirements; OSHA-10 preferred.
- Ability to read work orders, pick lists, and production schedules; basic troubleshooting when materials don’t match.
- History of reliable attendance and meeting productivity / quality metrics (UPH, pick accuracy, damage rate).
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Basic math skills : add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Good hand / eye coordination; able to stack pallets up to four high
- Standing / walking up to 12 hours, including brisk movement and stair climbing
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low / awkward positions
- Repetitive lifting (up to 25 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. multiple times daily)
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S
- High school diploma / GED
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to : eye & hearing protection, gloves, steel-toed boots, hard hat, and flame-retardant work clothes, etc.
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs. & work in varying environmental conditions (heat, dust, noise, vibration, humidity).
- Preferences to Get Job
Spanish bilingual a plus
- Preference for candidates with experience supporting both production line supply (kanban / FIFO) and DC shipping / receiving workflows using RF scanners and a WMS
- Basic computer literacy (email, Excel / Google Sheets data entry, label printing).

Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move pallets, products, equipment, or raw materials
- Load / unload trucks and position products for shipping, storage, or production use
- Supply production areas with required materials and remove finished goods
- Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Weigh, label, and record product information as required
- Shrink wrap pallets and use scanner guns to record inventory transactions
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or damages to a supervisor
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with housekeeping standards
- Organize and secure stored materials in designated areas
- Remain current on forklift certification and safety training
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures & assist other processes as directed by the supervisor.
