Controller (Healthcare)
The Controller oversees all financial operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions. This role plays a key part in supporting executive leadership through data-driven financial insights and helps maintain fiscal health in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices.
This is a fully onsite position
Salary : $105-130k / yr
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with GAAP and healthcare industry standards.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee revenue cycle accounting functions, including patient billing, collections, and third-party reimbursement analysis.
- Implement and monitor internal control policies to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.
