• A Day in the Role :
• Majority of responsibility will be entering information into patient charts.
• Going through the paper charts, abstracting the information and putting into the patients chart in Medconnect.
• Live patient abstraction, doing a little H / W / V updates.
• Supports other members of the clinical care team, assuring optimal best-practice patient flow; manages variable and unpredictable patient volume throughout the workday.
• Conducts surveillance for transitions of care, urgent / emergent care, or follow up tasks such as retrieval of documents associated with referrals / testing.
• Requirements :
• 2+ years experience in Clinical or Medical Assistant
• MA Registration REQUIRED
• Diploma or GED required
• EMR experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
