job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh School Diploma At least 1-year Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge / Experience with Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, (written and oral) Personal accountability and high level of integrity Attention to detail Team player Good time management skills Experience with customer service environments, preferably in shared services but not required. Strong communication skills written and oral. Analytical skills the root cause analysis and process improvement. Happy to consider New College Graduates - Associate and / or Bachelors Degrees in business-related disciplines preferred but not required. This is a Monday to Friday-position with an 8-hour day expectation. Start time might be flexible, 7 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM. This team is currently working remotely. When business operations return to normal, selected hires will be expected to work on-site under a hybrid model. When this team is ready to interview, they ll be requesting Zoom interviews.

AR Collections Analyst Typical Duties and Tasks :
- Builds relationships with the customers and utilizes the appropriate method of contact with the goal of collecting past-due accounts.
- Works to reduce delinquency on the assigned portfolios, conducts root cause analysis of past due accounts, and collaborates with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Follows set escalation procedures for non-responsive customers or problem accounts based on careful analysis of the situation.
- Effectively utilizes technology, systems, and tools to accomplish set tasks and goals.
- Collaborates with customers and stakeholders to drive resolution of past dues.
- Full-range AR portfolio management.
