Oversee all daily field operations to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient work-flow and high-quality workmanship.

Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Enforce safety standards, site cleanliness, and adherence to company values throughout the job-site.

10+ years of construction experience

Experience running the full life-cycle of a project from start to finish

Ideally experience running healthcare or lifescience projects $20M+

Compatibility with travelling throughout South Carolina

OSHA 30

Base Salary up to $165k

$700 / M Vehicle Allowance

Discretionary Bonus (10%-15%)
