LHH is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing team! If you enjoy solving problems, helping others, and keeping things organized, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Enter and manage orders, track deliveries, and keep everyone updated.

Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.

Solve issues quickly and professionally.

Work with sales, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle returns, credits, and other order-related tasks.

Keep accurate records and follow company procedures.

Support sales staff and help build strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).

At least 3 years of customer service or order entry experience.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a big plus.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Pay / Benefits :

Pay is $23 / hr - $28 / hr dependent on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Pay Details : $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
