IT Specialist will assist with the day-to-day technological needs of the organization by troubleshooting, working with third party vendors, and serving as an admin on deployed equipment. This position will serve as the point of contact to assist with IT related concerns for all locations. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage local, third party contacts and contracts
• Serve as administrator of user logins (e.g. emails and reservation software)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications
• Respond to help desk requests and document solutions accurately
• Provide in-person, phone, and video support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain internal Resource Website and Employee Directory
• Train team on G-Suite setup and usage
• Manage Office 365, Dropbox, and Adobe licenses
• Order electronics (e.g. computers, tablets, cc terminals) and record assets
• Manage admin privileges and user logins on all deployed equipment
• Assist with acquisition surveys and planning for IT needs
• Troubleshoot security systems and cameras
• Review invoices and contracts for IT projects
• Assist with transfer of domains, MX records, DNS issues
• Troubleshoot IT concerns at home office and resorts
• Identify inefficiencies and technology-driven improvements
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and equipment inventory
• Explore IT that could be implemented to lower operational costs
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
