Eureka Multifamily Group is a respected property management company committed to delivering exceptional service and well-maintained communities. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a conventional apartment community in the Houston area.

Position Summary :

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring financial success, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the property.

Support leasing efforts by showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.

Maintain accurate resident records, including leases, renewals, and delinquencies.

Handle resident relations professionally and work to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Process rent payments, deposits, and collections in accordance with company policies.

Assist with preparing monthly financial and occupancy reports.

Help oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and property inspections.

Enforce community policies, lease terms, and compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Provide leadership and support to the leasing and maintenance teams in the manager's absence.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related role.

Experience with conventional apartment communities required.

Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
