Raceway Motors is expanding and hiring Used Car Technicians who diagnose fast, fix right the first time, and keep comebacks clean. If you've worked at CarMax, domestic / import dealerships, or high-volume independents , this is your lane. We want domestic & import experience with a minimum of 4 years on the floor.

What We Offer

Top-market flat rate : $24 $47 / hr (based on experience & certifications) with real flag-hour opportunity

What You'll Do

Full used-car recon : MPIs, accurate RO notes, road tests, and frontline-ready quality

Diagnose / repair drivability, electrical / CAN, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and emissions

Perform PM services (oil, fluids, rotations, alignments) and final safety checks

Communicate clearly with advisors and parts; keep bays clean and compliant

What It Takes

4+ years professional technician experience (domestic or import)

Pro-level mechanical / electrical diagnostics with modern scan tools and service info

Consistent production with clean comebacks and tight documentation

High school diploma / equivalent; ASE / ASC certifications a plus

Valid driver's license; professional, reliable, team-first mindset
