Full-Time Associate Dentist - Mentorship / Implant Training + Full Benefits

Location : Murfreesboro, TN

Our established dental group recently opened a brand-new practice in Murfreesboro, TN , and we're looking for an exceptional, driven Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team!

We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier, compassionate dental care—and we're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and be an active part of that mission. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, a positive chairside manner , and a clear passion for hands-on dentistry. We're not just looking for production—we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step in, take initiative , and grow with the practice .

Schedule :

Full-Time : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM
One Saturday / month : 9 AM – 2 PM

Compensation & Benefits :

$650 / day guaranteed , plus 30% of net collections

Incentivized tier system for high earners

In-house academy + live patient implant training

Qualifications :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Tennessee dental license

Strong work ethic and willingness to be an engaged clinical leader

Commitment to excellent patient care and continuous learning
