Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview :

We are seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher to provide remote instruction and support to K12 students across Colorado . In this fully virtual role, youll deliver individualized instruction, adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborate with families, general education teachers, and related service providers. Your work will help ensure students with disabilities can access the curriculum, make progress on their IEP goals, and achieve academic and personal success.

Caseload :

Serving K12 students with a range of disabilities

Combination of direct virtual instruction and consultative support for teachers and families

Caseload may include students with multiple disabilities, requiring collaboration with other staff

Responsibilities :

Provide individualized virtual instruction aligned with students IEPs

Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet students learning needs

Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and related service providers to support student progress

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and maintain accurate progress documentation

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

Active Colorado teaching license in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience teaching K12 students in a special education setting

Comfortable delivering instruction and collaborating virtually

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
