Responsibilities Include : - Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.- Provide in-home care to patients.- Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.- Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patients overall health.- Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.- Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.- Participate in continuing education as required.
