A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to enhance the onboarding experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage a dynamic client onboarding program and training curriculum
Provide customized training sessions and ongoing updates to clients on their onboarding progress
Complete technical implementation of products in client systems and troubleshoot any issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience managing customer accounts or directly interacting with customers
Strong experience with Salesforce is required; certifications preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Foreign language fluency and / or experience in nonprofit and international development is a bonus
