Your Impact :

The Production and Shipping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day production and logistics operations. This role ensures efficient production workflows, timely shipment of goods, accurate inventory management, and alignment with company quality and safety standards. The supervisor plays a key role in driving productivity, meeting delivery deadlines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing :

Organizational Development (20%)

• Lead and motivate production and shipping teams to meet performance targets while promoting a culture of accountability and safety.
• Hire and develop top performers across all production and shipping roles—individuals who consistently give their best, take ownership, and are accountable for delivering results.
• Collaborate and interface effectively with all cross-functional departments—including Commercial, Finance, HR, Planning, Purchasing, and Product Development—to maximize operational success and enhance expertise across the entire organization.

Core Operations Excellence (70%)

95% through seamless coordination and proactive communication.

Salary Range : $65,000-$75,000 Dependent on experience
