What You'll Do :

• Perform visual inspection upon receipt.
• Document condition of incoming parts.
• Cleaning and disassembling incoming parts.
• Create system documents following company procedures.
• Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping.
• Create labels via FedEx / UPS systems for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (fork truck certification is required / company will provide training as necessary).
• Perform and coordinate local pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain customer shipping data.
• Maintain tracking information and pictures per job.
• Interface with customers and internal personnel.
• Manage processes to meet company metrics.
• All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.
