A client of ours is looking to hire a Data Scientist. This position involves advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and visualization to drive informed decision-making and support mission success.

Responsibilities :

Perform complex data analytics, mining, and predictive statistical analysis.

Develop and maintain automated dashboards to monitor program data and trends.

Assist in survey design, analysis, and reporting to support program initiatives.

Advise on data collection strategies and evaluation methods.

Collaborate closely with program personnel and government biostatisticians.

Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively.

Required Qualifications :

Master’s degree in quantitative science, social science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years research experience in academia, government, healthcare, or similar environments.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SPSS, SAS, Python, and R-Shiny.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Must be a citizen

Secret Clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications :

Doctorate in a relevant field.

Experience or certification in Human Performance or work with military / athletic populations.

Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, predictive analytics, and dashboard creation.
