Position : Clinical Laboratory Scientist - blood bank

Location : San Luis Obispo County, California

  • 1.5 Hours to Santa Barbara
  • 3 hours to L.A.
  • 3 hours to San Jose

Shift : 4 8s including every weekend! Starting at 6am

Comp : $45-51 / hr (8% weekend differential)

    • To thrive in this role, you must be able to :

  • Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
  • Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
  • Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
  • Be patient and detailed.
