Contract Management Specialist (Ingram Library Services)

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Contract Management Specialist to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. We offer hybrid work schedules, however this person must live in the Greater Nashville area.

In this role, you will consistently produce winning written proposals, positioning ILS as the premier materials and value-added services supplier to libraries. You'll also manage all aspects of proposals, including initial receipt / request, submission and archival process. The ideal candidate will have experience writing / reviewing contracts, preparing / managing bids and working with profit and loss statements (P&L).

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field or year-for-year experience
• 2 years proposal or contract writing experience or 2 Years Ingram Library Services experience
• 2 years business experience, including financial analysis and pricing

Hiring Salary Range : $57,155k - $71,232k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
