Wound Care Assistant
MA / PTA / EMT
(King County and Seattle Metro)

Who we are looking for :
MA's, PTA's, and EMT's who have a passion for making a difference in skin and wound care and are willing to travel in-person to patients homes to provide wound care.
Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to) :
- Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities
- Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain free debridement) – seeing approximately 4-6 patients a day
- Apply and remove topical medications and dressings
- Collaborate with our providers virtually though telemedicine visits
- Occasionally assist provider in-person with wound care procedures
- Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary
- Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; ie. check in and check out
- Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Skills required to succeed :
1+ years experience as an MA, PTA, or EMT; licensed in Washington StateDriving : Must have reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and current auto insuranceTravel to multiple locations each day throughout King County and Seattle MetroTelehealth experience –preferredAbility to multitask while providing compassionate patient careThis fast-paced position requires standing for extended amounts of timeComputer savvy; Intermediate proficiency using MS Suite : Word, Teams, Outlook, and ExcelLeadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilitiesMust be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work / schedule appointments independentlyExcellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectivelyAbility to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and servicesMust have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication linesMust be trustworthy, honest, and have a positive and professional attitudeCompensation : $24.00 - $34.00 hourly – DOE
Anticipated Territory : King County, Seattle Metro
This position is classified as : Hourly, Non-Exempt ; Full-Time employment
Hours : Standard 40 hour schedule - Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, though hours may vary; no nights or weekends
