THE ROLE

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a / an RPA Business Analyst Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this role, you will engage directly with business partners and colleagues to design and develop end-to-end custom software solutions across multiple departments at Entegris.

What You'll Do

• Works with Manager to qualify and quantify automation opportunities through ideation workshops with business stakeholders
• Document business rules, decision logic, and exceptions handling for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) / Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Analyze business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Create detailed process documentation, including process flows, process diagrams, and process descriptions.
• Define business requirements for RPA solutions, and work with RPA developers to ensure that solutions meet those requirements.
• Identify areas of improvement, potential problems, and opportunities for growth
• Work with related developers to ensure that RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team members
• Participate in testing and validation of RPA solutions and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of RPA solutions.
