    What You'll Be Doing :

  • Responding to emergency situations (like water or fire damage)
  • Performing hands-on restoration work : water extraction, demolition, cleanup, etc.
  • Loading and maintaining vehicles with tools & equipment
  • Keeping job sites safe and clean
  • Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
  • Helping bring homes and businesses back to life!

    • What We're Looking For :

  • A valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays (because emergencies don't punch out at 5)
  • Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
  • IICRC certification? Even better!

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Can lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more with help)
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, working in attics / crawl spaces, and doing physically active work
  • Okay working around cleaning agents and various job site environments

    • Compensation : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
