Overview :
Flexcraft is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities :
- Own the quality control process, reviewing products, materials, and processes
- Conduct inspections, tests, audits, and document results
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure product specifications are met
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive quality-related decisions
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement
corrective / preventive

Maintain accurate records of quality tests and improvement initiativesDevelop and track key quality metricsCommunicate quality standards and improvement strategies across teamsProvide training on quality standards and control techniquesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldMinimum :
5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to conduct virtual meetings using video-based technologyProject management experience from conception to completionSoft Skills :
