As a caregiver affiliated with Home Instead, you will assume a pivotal role in elevating the quality of life for seniors and individuals with varied needs through the provision of exceptional in-home care services.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) based on individual care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Ensure medication reminders are followed as per client requirements.
• Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a caregiver in a home care setting.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and perform tasks with compassion and empathy.

Dependable and reliable, with a strong commitment to punctuality.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their families.

Completion of necessary training programs and certifications (if applicable).

Pay Rate :

$16.28 - $23 per hour.
