Schedule :
Monday to Friday-Must be willing to work on Saturdays8 hour shiftDuties :
Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.Utilizes established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.Maintain closing ratios and work alongside team to achieve 100% occupancy.Assisting prospective tenants with application and lease completion.Maintain excellent customer service relationship with residents and handle inquiries with professionalism.Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.Assist property manager in efficiently and effectively managing property as needed.Follow policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety StandardsRequirements :
Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBasic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web ResearchAbility to work well in a team environmentPrefer one year sales / leasing experienceKnowledge of AppFolio software is a plusThrough our mix of owner-operated and third-party management properties (along with self-storage, residential & commercial subdivision development), we are able to provide both a stable company environment and opportunities for individual growth.
