Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Primary Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain induction heating systems.
- Work with single and three-phase AC circuitry (480V and higher).
- Assist with furnace refractory installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong customer relations.
- Work in adverse environmental conditions.
- Support manufacturing, test, and assembly departments.
- Train junior personnel.
- Handle customer calls and technical documentation.
- Assist Service Department staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
