Roofing Sales Estimator

Are you an experienced Roofing Sales Estimator looking for your next big move? Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 / yr.

Schedule : 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage bids from pre-bid through post-award, including site visits, bid walks, and meetings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and materials by reviewing project plans, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
• Provide bid recaps to management, maintain records of bids and outcomes, and support project managers with change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather accurate estimating data.
• Maintain a database of historical cost information to support future projects.
• Actively support internal bidding processes, brand promotion, and other duties as assigned.
