About the Practice :

Medical Center in Mt. Shasta is looking for a Board Eligible / Board Certified OB / GYN to join a hospital-based clinic with no overhead as an employed Physician. The practice is staffed by dedicated and highly competent team players from fellow Physicians to a full support staff.

Qualifications :

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. NOT currently accepting J1 or H1 visas.
• Possess or eligible for a California State Medical License

1 FTE : 36 hours of scheduled clinical time including OR Surgery time.

Minimum of 4 hours of administrative work per week

Expected to share clinic / hospital patient call responsibilities as assigned.

The base includes 5 days of Hospital Emergency Department call coverage per month.

This is a hospital employed position.

OBGYN would be working in our clinic and hospital as an employed physician.

Compensation

Employee Benefits include :

3 Weeks PTO

Sick Leave (1 week can be converted to PTO- paid leave)=40 hours / 1 week

10 additional federal holidays, including the employee birthday

The hospital is nestled at the base of Mt. Shasta. It is a 25 bed, critical access hospital, level III trauma center, with three rural health clinics and a new Emergency Department. Mt.
