Job Summary

As a Desktop Analyst you will work with our IT team to provide support and administration for desktop environments and supporting technology to the organization. We are growing rapidly, so you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of related experience with superior customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement, operate, and support AMAROK desktops and end user devices
  • Ensure security, monitoring, and management of desktop environment per current policy, process, and tools
  • Provision desktops and end user devices as required according to current standards and tools
  • Administer desktop systems, including licensing, upgrades and patching, inventory, and monitoring
  • Provide backup administration and other infrastructure services as required

  • Annual Compensation Range : $65,000 - $75,000. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
