Senior Specialist, Care Professional Services

The primary objective of this role is to support the advancement of the Alzheimer's Association's Care Professional strategy. This involves the implementation and engagement of Association Care Professional products, services and projects funded by various sources, most specifically but not exclusive to Civil Monetary Penalty (CMP) dollars. Responsibilities include grant writing support, utilizing learning management systems, tracking and reporting and support provided to care professionals to meet growth targets, timelines, and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the research, recruitment, development and writing of care professional proposals across state funding sources in partnership with the Associate Director of Care Professional Programs.
• Leading the implementation of care professional projects including working with long-term and home and community-based care setting staff, coordination of product delivery and professional services and sourcing reporting data for state review.
• Utilizing Association Learning Management System to support the process, implementation and reporting of care professional project products.
• Staying current on the Associations' care professional products and services to serve as support to internal and external customers. Answer questions about products to other teams, departments and users, pull reports for different projects / products, etc.
